split phase was a live electronic duo hailing from Upstate NY consisting of c. ‘transient’ martin and Mike McIntosh, recording some great live performances between 2010 and 2014. We’re featuring tracks from their 6-hour (!) “compendium” release. Laid back, funky, and propulsive, with plenty of jazzy bits mixed in, it’s a great release. We’ll sample from it for tonight’s show.
