Always a perennial (snerk) favourite, trees are the inspiration for so many good tracks, and so many good albums. They are also desperately in need of protection, which is why Jack Hertz is so passionate about using music to raise money for trees. His latest album’s profits will all go to the Plant a Billion Trees Project, which he has already raised a lot of money for. And as for the music, well, judge for yourself! Tonight I’ll feature four tracks from his latest album The Wind Speaks to Branches on the Hill.

That still leafs (sic, snerk) room for plenty of other tree-inspired music: music so good I didn’t feel the need to branch out. And therein the puns end and so does the publicity – be there tonight and enjoy some fabulous music, and a live improv, too.
