Last night, I played an only slightly-prepped live show on the TRON 2 Stage at the Second Life Sci-Fi Con for the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life. It was one of those rare and wonderful occasions where the audience was left with its collective jaw on the floor and saying, “Wow. What the HELL just happened?” (and not in a bad way).
The recording seems to have come out OK. I’ve made one edit that people who were here last night will spot instantly, otherwise I’m playing it warts and all for folks who missed it.
It’s called The Last Vostok, and I will play it uninterrupted in the second hour of my show. I have no idea what’s going into the first hour, but I’ll figure it out. Join us in Discord chat (http://radiospiral.chat) or in Second Life at our Sci-Fi Con booth, or just listen along to a story cribbed from bits and pieces of other works of fiction, stitched together on the fly with duct tape and blood, and thrown out to the airwaves to thrive or perish.
9/8/7/6 PM E/C/M/PDT. Be there. Poyekhali.
