For the foreseeable future, there will be no Meander on the first Tuesday of every month from now on. To make up for this, I will play the previous night, creating a one-hour (more or less) ambient soundscape that explores the role of silence and deliberate space in electronic music. For want of a better name, I call these Monday performances Journeys Into Silence.
This announcement is deliberately scheduled to go out to our mailing list twice: once to let people know about the live show Monday night at 9/8/7/6 PM E/C/M/PST and once to remind people about the lack of a Meander on Tuesday… so you didn’t get it twice by accident, honest!
