For an Introvert, Staying Inside is Cool
So I’m lucky, in that I have a job I can do from home, and there’s food and stuff. So not having to go out isn’t making me too crazy. The only temptation is that I work from home in the same place my studio is (and where I sleep too). So the urge to try to work on music when I’m busy with the day job is kind of high. So far I haven’t given in, but when I stop work, I turn on stuff. I had a major cable reorg and structural reconstruction where the analog side of things lives. Oh yeah, and a new addition to the studio (well, another, there have been quite a few lately). So more to the point, by staying inside I’m staying safe and occupied, and therefore pretty happy. So the music may reflect that.
