Hey it’s me again. And after a very difficult but rewarding week I am in the mood to play for two hours. It’d be nice if you want to listen along.
I was listening to the original theme for this, which on my phone dates back now 3 years, when I played part of this just as Covid had started. This is now much different and has had some other vignettes added along the way, and will have some more tonight as I will do a pianambient section and bring the Eigenharp back for a more extensive play than two weeks ago, which was the first time in about 5 months it got airtime.
It’s still 2 hours of me playing in my studio, with the only help being some backing tracks I plug into Digital Performer to accompany me, there’s a bit more to it with 30 synthesizers in here to work with, and some different ways to play, including a normal 88 key piano bed, a couple of electronic wind instruments, the Linnstrument, the Eigenharp, and more than one lead synthesizer. And some modulars.
I’ll be virtually playing in Second Life at the RadioSpiral region, somewhere aloft, and simulcasting at The Dome in the Sharing is Caring grid on Opensim. You’re welcome to sit in the Discord chat, although I don’t have enough arms to type, usually, during these episodes. And of course, if you just want to do your own thing and listen, that’s fine too.
